A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. On February 18, 2013, at around 14:58, the Defendant: (a) discovered a large 3 million won-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-si,

(b) The same year;

Around 18:30, the victim G was parked on the street in front of the victim G's residence located in the Seongbuk-gun F, G, the victim's 1 ton of the H 1 ton of the cargo was stolen by sticking the vehicle to the key posted to the driver's seat by using a cresh in which the victim's surveillance was neglected.

2. The Defendant who attempted the larceny shall be subject to the first B.

As stated in the foregoing paragraph, while a vehicle of H 1 ton of cargo was stolen and driven on the right side of the access road of the said DD company, the vehicle flowed from the entrance door of the said DD company on March 22, 2013. On March 22, 2013, the victim J 1 ton of the vehicle parked in the parking lot of the said DD company, discovered the vehicle, and opened the driver's seat of the vehicle that was parked in the parking lot of the said DD company, and colored the article that would be stolen, but did not find any article that would be stolen.

3. The defendant in violation of the Road Traffic Act shall be subject to subparagraph 1 (b).

As stated in the foregoing paragraph, the said H Cargo Vehicle was stolen and driven the said vehicle without obtaining a driver's license for approximately 15 km section from the street in front of the G's dwelling area in the Gyeong-gun F of the Gyeongbuk-gun to the access road of the company located in the same group C of the same group.

4. Around October 21, 2012, the Defendant illegally used a truck trucking 1 ton of freight in the victim L, which was parked in Gyeongsung-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Gyeongbuk-gun, on a temporary basis, without the consent of the victim, who is the right holder.

5. A defendant of a violation of the Road Traffic Act and a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) on October 22 and October 7, 2012 shall not obtain a driver's license within a section of about 500 meters from the end of the said L to the top of the three-lane radius of the same side from the end of the said L to the lower end of the three-lane radius.
