1. The defendant shall pay 42,370,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from June 4, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

In addition to the whole purport of the arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 3 (including additional numbers), it is recognized that the plaintiff entered into a construction contract with the defendant for the construction cost of KRW 13,950,000 for the manufacture and installation of elevators in the building located D located in Pakistan, the plaintiff completed the manufacture and installation works of elevators, and the defendant did not pay the construction cost of KRW 4,237,000 among the construction cost.

According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the remaining construction cost of 42.37 million won and to pay damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from June 4, 2020 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the service of the original copy of the payment order in this case.

Thus, the plaintiff's claim of this case shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning.
