A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2013 Highest 1986" is not a narcotics handler.

1. In March 2012, the Defendant received plasticphones by using a dial paper containing approximately 0.2 g of psychotropic drugs from a knife in F’s vehicle parked in front of the “E” club located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu (hereinafter “Wlon”).

2. On April 2012, the Defendant issued a penphone to G by inserting approximately 0.1g of clophone into Gscopies in the “E” club located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, and dilution with approximately 0.1g of clophones.

3. The Defendant purchased and sold philophones by receiving KRW 1 million from 1 million for a disposable injection device containing approximately 0.8g of philophones at the time, place, and philophones at H.

4. The Defendant purchased and sold philophones by receiving KRW 500,000 from 50,000,000 for a single philophones containing approximately 0.4g of philophones at the time, place, and at the time and place described in the foregoing paragraph 2.4.

5. In September 2012, the Defendant purchased and sold phiphones by receiving KRW 100,000 from the Defendant’s house located in Gangnam-gu Seoul J, and from approximately KRW 0.8g of phiphones to H, the Defendant purchased and sold phiphones.

6. In September 2012, the Defendant purchased and sold philophones by receiving KRW 100,000,000 from the Defendant’s vehicle parked on the front of the Defendant’s house, with approximately KRW 0.8g of philophones, from the Defendant’s vehicle parked on the front of the Defendant’s house.

7. On the same day as above 6.C., the Defendant purchased and sold philophones by receiving KRW 1.2 million from the “E” club located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D, and from approximately KRW 0.8g of philophones, the Defendant purchased and sold philophones.

8. On March 28, 2013, the Defendant placed approximately 0.1g of philopon in a single-use part of the Defendant’s vehicle located near Mridge in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and dilution with bio-velopon by means of injecting it into the Defendant’s left part.
