Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A from September 21, 2014 to February 2, 2015, from the 6th floor of the Dobong-gu Seoul building E to “F”, Defendant B served as the chief of office in charge of guiding customers and managing female employees from September 21, 2014 to October 31 of the same year, and Defendant C from November 2014 to February 2015.
Defendants provided 5,00 to 70,00 won per customer with five rooms and one waiting room, and provided that G, “H,” “H,” “J,” “J,” “K,” “L,” “L,” and “M, etc. are employed as female employees, respectively, at the above business place around November 4, 2014, to allow the said “M to act of similarity with male customers on his/her name and one time comparison.” From around September 21, 2014 to around February 2015 (Defendant B from around September 21, 2014 to around October 31, 2014; Defendant C received from around November 1, 2014 to around October 21, 2015 using the same year to attract female customers through the Internet advertisements.
Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to commit acts such as arranging sexual traffic for business purposes.
