A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the business owner of Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B and the third floor “Cmast Site.”

1. 성매매알선등행위에관한법률위반(성매매알선) 피고인은 2019. 7. 15.경부터 2019. 7. 19.경까지 위 업소에서, 인터넷 사이트 광고 등을 보고 찾아온 남자손님들로부터 마사지 코스별 대금(1시간 7만원 핸플 원샷, 1시간 30분 9만원 핸플 원샷 등)을 받고 종업원으로 고용한 D 등으로 하여금 손으로 위 손님들의 성기를 애무하여 사정시키는 유사성교행위를 하게 하여, 영업으로 성매매를 알선하였다.

2.
