Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

A. On June 2016, the Defendant: (a) received request from the victim C to borrow KRW 10 million from the police officer, but (b) the Defendant borrowed KRW 4 million from the Defendant with the mother and child, and (c) borrowed KRW 5 million from the victim.

At around 17:53 on July 24, 2016, the Defendant asked the victim at the Kakao Stockholm room with the victim about how the victim would deliver the above loan to D, “I will not receive the deposit of the head of the offcoming passbook, I will not extract the internal passbook, and I will issue the Republic of Korea.”

However, even if the defendant did not receive the power of repayment from D, and even if he did not receive from the injured party the amount of 5 million won from D, he did not intend to deliver the money to D.

As above, the Defendant belonged to the victim, and acquired money from July 25, 2016 to November 29, 2016 through the Agricultural Cooperative Account E, under the name of the Defendant, by 5 million won.

B. The Defendant, from around 10:18 on December 31, 2016 to around 13:17, 2016, damaged the reputation of the victim by openly pointing out facts by transmitting messages, such as “The Defendant and seven members of the community conference including the Defendant and the victim, are in the process of resolving a yellow day in which he/she has known the victim of the Kakakao Stockholm’s face as a fraudulent change,” and even if he/she has not yet been paid a little amount of money, he/she has not yet been well good for more than a year since he/she was unable to do so.”
