Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 800,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. A person who has violated the Road Traffic Act (measures to be taken after an accident) shall be a person who has driven a motor vehicle without registration as his/her duties;

Nevertheless, the defendant neglected this and continues to proceed at the same speed in violation of the signal while the signal is changed to a stop signal.

CCA110 Oral Roba, which was driven by the victim B, who was driving on the right side of the proceeding to the intersection in accordance with the new code from the left side of the proceeding direction, was driven by the defendant's Oral Baba by the front side of the right side of the defendant, and damaged the repair cost to the victim's Oral Baba with an amount equivalent to 485,000 won, and left the site without any measure.
