1. Of the part concerning the counterclaim in the judgment of the court of first instance, the part concerning the lower payment order (Counterclaim Plaintiff).
Reasons
A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.
1. Basic facts
A. On June 29, 2011, the Plaintiffs entered into a contract with the Defendant to purchase 660 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”) out of 3,174 square meters (hereinafter “D land before division”) prior to D, P, P, and entered into the following sales contract (a certificate No. 1; hereinafter “instant sales contract”) (hereinafter “instant sales contract”) as follows.
A real estate sales contract (a share area under a joint project contract)
1. Indication of real estate: D (former) 200 square meters in Pakistan, 660 square meters;
2. Terms and conditions of a contract for the purchase price: KRW 220 million shall be paid at the time of the contract, the intermediate payment of KRW 30 million shall be paid on July 30, 201, and the remainder of KRW 50 million (acquisition of the loan amount of KRW 120 million) shall be clarified on November 30, 201 as of November 30, 201 as of November 30, 201.
(b) The registration of real estate shall be subject to prior consultation.

3. Loan interest rates shall be calculated and paid to E-cooperatives;
4.In the calculation of the adjoining land after the end of the year, the balance required shall be 210 square meters to be transferred.
Provided, That the area shall be divided into a boundary of 200 square meters from the lower part of the above lot number. The area may be somewhat different from the area at the time of road packaging after the vehicle with 660 square meters.

On November 12, 2013, the Plaintiffs entered into a joint agreement with the Defendant to newly construct and sell electric power resource housing and multi-family housing on the ground of the instant land (hereinafter “instant joint agreement”), and the main contents thereof are as follows.
1. Location number of real estate: Pakistan; and
(b) Land category and area: 3,174 square meters (960 square meters) before;
2. The right of ownership between the above parties to the ownership of B 363 square meters (110 square meters) and B 363 square meters (10 square meters) in relation to the ownership of ownership ownership (210 square meters) are to be determined as above by mutual agreement.
