A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives Csi, and the victim D (the age of 31) was a person who was aboard the above taxi as a guest.

1. On January 21, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (hereinafter “Special Cases”), was aboard the said taxi in the Young-gu, Young-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and was living in the vicinity of his/her residence, and was taken by using his/her cell phone image image and her chest and sound part while the victim was drunkly under the influence of alcohol in the vicinity of the area E in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and was able to take the image of his/her cell phone image.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victim who could cause a sense of sexual shame against his will.

2. The Defendant, as stated in paragraph 1, had a dynamic image with which the body of the victim was recorded, had the victim talked with several times by telephone, text message, etc., but had the victim refused this request, and had the victim taken a view of threatening the victim.

Around 13:00 on January 23, 2015, the Defendant proposed that his female “I wish to meet once” as text messages. However, the Defendant sent a message stating that “I would go to the new apartment, i.e., if I would not answer, I would like to send pictures by cutting off the video using the Kakakao Kakaoo Kaoooo and transmitting the pictures, and “I would go to go to the new apartment.”

B. At around 15:00 on February 7, 2015, the Defendant sent a message to the effect that “I wish to talk” was refused, on the basis of the fact that I have a dynamic image with the body of the victim, such as paragraph (1), and that “I want to talk” was sent on the Internet, and that “I will see that I will see the victim’s dynamic image with the victim’s body,” and expressed the same attitude that “I will spread the victim’s dynamic image with the Defendant if I want to talk with the Defendant.”
