A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On July 20, 2019, the respondent of the probation order (hereinafter referred to as the "defendant") was aware of the victim B (the name, the 14 years old and the 14 years old) and the estet north Meet. From July 20, 2019 to November 20, 2019, the Defendant, in violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse, stored 206 photographs and 20 screen pictures in the Defendant’s smartphones by directly exposing the victim’s body while transmitting the images or videos taken by the victim with the knowledge that the victim was a juvenile of 14 years of age with the knowledge that he/she was the victim of 14 years of age.
