A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 11, 2016, the first and second police officers filed a false complaint against C with the intent of having the police officers C receive criminal punishment at the public service center of the Incheon local public prosecutor's office located in 49, Nam-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu, Incheon, for the purpose of having the police officers receive criminal punishment.

Nevertheless, on October 11, 2016, the Defendant submitted the above written complaint to the person in charge who is unable to know his name at the above Incheon District Public Prosecutor's Office's Office.

2. On April 10, 2017, the Defendant made a false complaint against D with a view to having a person in charge of the sales contract receive criminal punishment from the public service center of the Incheon District public prosecutor's office located in the Nam-gu Incheon District public prosecutor's office, 163 49, Nam-gu, Incheon, Seoul District public prosecutor's office.

The complaint states that the defendant D, around April 2016, he received the difference between the sales price and the acquisition tax from the person in charge of the sales contract, or that the defendant was aware of the sales price and the sales price of the above apartment by directly signing and sealing on the "sale contract" and "written confirmation of the transaction price of real estate". Thus, there was no fact that the person in charge of the sales contract belongs to the defendant, since he was aware of the sales price and the sale price of the above apartment.

Nevertheless, on April 10, 2017, the defendant submitted the above complaint to the person in charge who is unable to know his name at the above Incheon District Public Prosecutor's Office's Office.

3. On October 11, 2016, the second police officer C filed a criminal complaint against the police officer C by insulting the police officer C, No. 602 of the Incheon District Public Prosecutor’s Office around April 25, 2017.
