A person shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of No. 1 in the judgment of the defendant, for a crime of No. 2 in the judgment of the court.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal record] On May 11, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on October 10, 201 and the judgment became final and conclusive on May 19, 2016.

1.
