A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who has managed and operated a "news" term in the form of arranging sexual traffic women in a sexual traffic business establishment in Bupyeong-si, the Defendant is a person who has been in a relationship with the Defendant.

Around March 2011, the Defendant was investigated by police such as emergency arrest under suspicion of assault and threat against F, G, and H on the ground that the Defendant operated a one-time news reporting room without the Defendant’s permission, and led F, G, and H to an awareness of assault and threat.

On April 201, 201, the Defendant: (a) found in E’s house located in the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government International Building 710, and caused E to employ E as a sexual traffic woman; and (b) talked with the Defendant that he had been working for this period; (c) based on this, the Defendant would create false facts that could constitute a criminal offense; (d) prepared a complaint containing false facts, and submitted it to the police station.

Accordingly, on April 18, 201, E continued to drive a vehicle with the police officer in charge of the Incheon Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong Police Station located in Bupyeongcheon-gu, Incheon, Incheon, as of April 18, 201; “F, G, and H” from April 8, 201 to April 14, 2011, to arrange for a commercial sex business establishment by employing the Defendant’s boys from the Defendant’s “J” and “K” sidewalk as a female sexual traffic; “I will move G to a commercial sex business establishment by burning B B at the F’s direction; “I will return to the house by force” around April 8, 201; “I will inform the neighboring people of the day on which I would extend”; “I will not make it possible to have the Defendant’s son present the said 40-day cash at the time of forcing 10 times or more of April 15, 201.”
