1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant C shall pay KRW 227,300,167 and a rate of 20% per annum from May 28, 2015 to the date of complete payment.

Basic Facts

The Plaintiff is a clan whose members are adults among the descendants of I, who flish flish flish flish flflflflflflflflfld G, and Defendant B is a spouse, Defendant C, D, E, and F of the deceased J (Death on April 11, 201) as the children of J.

J and K completed the registration of ownership transfer for each one-half portion of the lands listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1 and 2 (hereinafter “instant lands”) on January 14, 1967, and L completed the registration of ownership transfer for each one-half share on August 2, 1993 on August 2, 1993.

J, M, K, and N on December 8, 1971, the registration of ownership transfer was completed for each of 1/4 shares out of the lands listed in the [Attachment List No. 3 (hereinafter “instant land”) and L made on July 29, 1993 a registration of ownership transfer based on an inheritance by agreement or division with respect to the above K shares.

On November 14, 1994, the plaintiff held a clan general meeting and passed a resolution to elect theJ as representative from among the 19 members of the clan including the M who had been a member of the clan at the time. On November 14, 1994, the plaintiff was given the registration number of the clan as representative from the head of the Gu of the Sungnam-si branch of the same month.

On June 1, 1996, the J prepared, signed, and sealed each of the lands listed in the attached list (hereinafter “each of the instant lands”) along with L,O, and P at L’s restaurant, and as to the list of real estate whose title is “The indication of real estate (A)”, the title “I shall actively cooperate with all of their verifications in the form and real name to convert into the form of the door, and I, respectively,” (hereinafter “each of the instant notes”).

Until February 8, 1998, the plaintiff is going to leave without the articles of association or the clan rules that have been written in the sex until February 1998, and on February 8, 1998, theJ convened a temporary clan general meeting and enacted its articles of association in the presence of 32 members, and passed a resolution to appoint J as its representative.
