3. ① Defendant C has completed the share transfer registration under the receipt No. 4157, Jun. 5, 1997 on the ground of inheritance by consultation division on Feb. 13, 1997 with respect to S shares among the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 2 list No. 2 list No. 5455, Apr. 1, 2008 by Busan Metropolitan City on the ground of expropriation on Feb. 7, 2008; ② Defendant C has completed the share transfer registration under the receipt No. 5455, Apr. 1, 2008 with respect to the share of the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 2 list No. 2 list No. 2 on the ground of inheritance by consultation division as of Feb. 13, 1997.
