1. It is confirmed that an insurance contract entered into between the Plaintiff and the Defendant is void.

2. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. On November 26, 2010, the Defendant entered into an insurance contract with the Plaintiff, stating that the Plaintiff is receiving hospitalization allowances, etc. from the Plaintiff in cases of receiving treatment for injury or disease by having himself/herself as the insured and the beneficiary (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).

B. From June 7, 2011 to June 20, 2011, the Defendant received hospitalization from B for a total of 371 days until June 6, 2014, as indicated in Table 1, on the following grounds, for 14 days, on the ground that he/she was hospitalized in B for 14 days, and received KRW 14,610,000 in total from the Plaintiff as insurance money under the instant insurance contract.
