1. On July 28, 2010, the Plaintiff sought payment of the amount of damages against the Defendants on the ground that a vehicle accident between the taxi owned by the Defendants (hereinafter “instant accident”) was destroyed by the fire that occurred between KRW 1,125,00, and thus, it is insufficient to recognize that the Plaintiff’s damage was destroyed by the instant accident solely with the evidence submitted by the Plaintiff, and there is no other evidence to acknowledge that the damage was caused by the instant accident (the date of the instant accident appears to have occurred on July 28, 201), according to the overall purport of each entry and pleading in the evidence Nos. 1, 1, 1, and 2, and there is no other evidence to acknowledge the Plaintiff’s damage claim due to the instant accident (the date of the instant accident appears to have been July 28, 201).

Even if a claim for damages due to a tort is not exercised within three years from the date the victim became aware of the damage and the perpetrator, the claim for damages due to the tort becomes extinct due to the statute of limitations. On July 28, 2010, or July 28, 201, which appears to be the date of the occurrence of the accident, the Plaintiff was aware of the damage and the perpetrator, and on November 10, 201, which was later three years after the date of the occurrence of the accident, the fact that the Plaintiff filed an application for the payment order of this case on November 10, 2014, which was later three years after
