Punishment of the crime

1. On November 2009, Defendant A and Defendant B conspiredd to have the proceeds of larceny and selling, while serving as an employee in “L” in the operation of the Victim K in the Daegu Northern-guJ, Daegu Northern-gu, as an employee.

From February 2, 2010 to March 22, 2010, the Defendants: (a) around 2010 to the above warehouse; (b) around 20 times, Defendant B carried out a dry water amounting to KRW 8,166,00,00 in total, including the victim’s spawn, spawn, spawn, rats, and spawn, and (c) to the Defendant A and the Defendant A, and (d) around that time, sold the said dry water to E, which dried up in Busan, and sold it to E, which operates the water sales store.

2. On May 201, Defendant A, along with M, who is an employee of the said “L”, conspireded Defendant A to have the proceeds by stealing and selling the dried water from the warehouse of the said drieded fish.

On June 3, 201, from around June 3, 201 to around the 28th of the same month, the Defendant, together with M, carried out a dry water amounting to KRW 7,200,000 in total, including the destroyed, dried, dried, and dried, dried, dried, and Dried, owned by the victim, over about 15 to 20 times, and sold the said dry water to the said E. around that time.

From around that time to November 30, 201, the Defendant stolen a total of KRW 41,30,000 by the same method over about 85 times, as shown in [Attachment Table 14-1] Nos. 14 through 18, between around that time and around November 30, 201.

Accordingly, the defendant committed a theft of the victim's property in collusion with M M habitually.

3. Defendant C is serving as an employee in the “L” as of January 2, 2012.
