1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months;

2.Provided, That the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective action, threat of deadly weapons, etc.) and the victim C (the age of 56) are married couple, and currently pending a divorce lawsuit;

On December 21, 2012, around 10:25, the Defendant: (a) found the victim as his employee on the ground that the victim did not receive the Defendant’s telephone; (b) laid the fat of the victim’s fat; and (c) laid the fat of fat, which was a deadly weapon ( approximately 30cm in total length, approximately 19cc in knife length) in a restaurant kitchen with another hand, and threatened the victim as “a fat of the same Aknife in the same knife.”
