1. Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

B B B From June 201 to June 2012, Defendant A had been responsible for the recovery of recycled clothes, etc. in the recycling enterprise of “D” in the victim C’s operation in the field of strike from June 2010 to June 2012, and Defendant B had been employed again in charge of the same work by joining the said enterprise on October 2017.

1. Around October 201, the Defendants’ co-offendered Defendants collected and disposed of the recycled clothes, etc. at their discretion without the victim’s permission, and concluded that they would have divided the proceeds therefrom. At the same time, on October 31, 201, the Defendants were bound to keep the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E apartment, Seoul Seodaemun-gu Seoul, F apartment, G apartment, and Goyang-gu, Seoul, J Apartment-gu, Dongjak-gu, Seoul, J apartment, and J Apartment-gu, Seoul, with the key in storage of the clothing collection boxes located in the same L apartment, Ansan-gu, Ansan-gu, Seoul, and Ansan-si M apartment, and loaded the clothes, etc. on the truck for business purposes.

From that time until February 25, 2012, the Defendants stolen recycled clothes worth KRW 8,715,500, total market price of the victim’s ownership at 51 times in the same manner as indicated in the attached Table (1) in the same manner.

As a result, Defendant B was accompanied by Defendant A habitually, and Defendant A stolen the victim’s property jointly with Defendant B.

2. At around 14:00 as of February 2, 2018, Defendant B, without the victim’s permission, arbitrarily collected and disposed of recyclable clothes, etc., with intent to use them individually, and with intent to use them individually, Defendant B’s key to the collection of clothes within the apartment complex in Yangcheon-gu Seoul National Industrial Complex and the custody of clothing collection boxes within the same Gu’s apartment complex, and then stolen any clothes, etc. inside the key, and loaded them into the business truck.

The defendant is identical from that time until May 24, 2018.
