1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant A Co., Ltd. shall pay KRW 357,675,456 and its amount from April 23, 2015 to the date of full payment.

Description of Claim

The Plaintiff was a juristic person established for the purpose of wholesale and retail business of necessities of life, food, and food, and from early 2014, from Defendant A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant A”), the Plaintiff supplied household goods, such as drilling and sculls, to Defendant A (hereinafter “Defendant A”) on credit.

On December 31, 2014, Defendant A discontinued its business without paying KRW 120,675,456 to the Plaintiff.

B B, the representative of Defendant A, even before reaching the aforementioned KRW 120,675,456, Defendant A’s account payable for the purchase of goods, was issued to the Plaintiff as follows, in order to pay the purchase of goods by the Defendant A, a promissory note seven (hereinafter “each promissory note of this case”). The Plaintiff supplemented the addressee of each of the instant promissory notes of this case as the Plaintiff on June 1, 2014 while the instant lawsuit was pending, and the copy was sent to Defendant B on June 13, 2015, with a certificate of June 11, 2015, accompanied by the copy.

Since the issue date of the bill No. 130,00,000 at the place of payment at par value of 5,00, and the bill No. 130,000 on February 1, 2015, defendant B C 230,000,00 on February 5, 2015, defendant B D 340,00,00,00 on November 28, 2014, and the No. 340,00,00,00 on February 28, 2015, and the No. 130,30,000 No. 7422,00,000 on December 31, 2014, the Plaintiff was obligated to receive the No. 130,00,000,000 No. 1365, Sep. 29, 2014; and the No. 345, No. 5,3015, No. 140, May 25, 201, 2014

Defendant B as the issuer of each of the Promissory Notes in this case, and jointly and severally with Defendant A, among the above KRW 357,675,456, the total amount of each of the Promissory Notes in this case is KRW 237,00,000,000.
