1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant B, attached Form 1

Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On May 29, 2014, the Plaintiff is between Defendant B and the attached Form:
1. Of the recorded buildings (hereinafter “instant commercial buildings”), the number of floors (b) part 9 square meters in the ship (hereinafter “instant commercial buildings”) connected each point in sequence of the annexed drawings 2, 3, 6, 7, and 2 shall be determined and leased as KRW 20,000, monthly rent of KRW 700,000, and the term of lease from June 1, 2014 to May 31, 2017; however, the deposit amount of KRW 20,000,000 shall be paid to the Plaintiff until May 31, 2014; and the monthly rent of KRW 20,00,000 shall be exempted from May 31, 2015 until December 31, 2015 to enter into a real estate lease agreement (hereinafter “instant first lease agreement”).
B. On May 29, 2014, the Plaintiff: (a) leased the instant commercial building with a deposit of KRW 50,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 1,000,000; (b) from June 1, 2014 to May 31, 2017; (c) the deposit of KRW 50,00,000,000 from May 31, 2014, the Plaintiff paid to the Plaintiff by paying the deposit of KRW 50,00,00 to May 31, 2014; and (c) the instant commercial building with a exemption of KRW 152,00 from May 31, 2015 to a real estate lease agreement for the purpose of facilitating the commercial building (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”).
C. On December 25, 2014, the Defendants demanded that the leased object of the above lease be changed to each other, and the Plaintiff entered into a real estate lease agreement with Defendant C, stipulating that the instant commercial building (b) is KRW 20,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 700,000, and the term of lease from December 29, 2014 to December 29, 2016; the monthly rent is to be exempted from June 31, 2015 until June 31, 2015 (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”); the Plaintiff entered into a real estate lease agreement with Defendant B, with the term of lease from January 5, 2015 to KRW 50,00,000, monthly rent of KRW 1,000, KRW 100,000, KRW 100, KRW 1000, KRW 1001, May 1, 2015.
