Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the chairperson of the “D Trade Union”, a legal labor union, comprised of dismissed workers while working or working for a related company, such as Samsung Group, its affiliate, partner, etc.

The Defendant, while working in Samsung SDR, held “an assembly to urge the recognition and compensation of occupational diseases” with workers who suffered from disease or deceased workers, and sentenced Samsung SDR to pressure Samsung’s pressure and inform of the provision of D'.

On June 1, 2012, the Defendant: (a) worked in Samsung T&I’s premises located in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun; and (b) worked in the KP&G, a partner company of the said company, at F, under the name of “AdI’s temporary leave of absence; and (c) H, etc. of G, who died of leuk blood disease; (d) from around 17:00 to 18:30, the date of each week 17:00, to hold an assembly at the private distance front of the headquarters of Samsung TDI’s headquarters located in the same area; and (e) prepared a tag necessary for an assembly.

However, since Samsung SDI had already reported the assembly at that place, it was impossible to hold the assembly reported at that place, it was decided to hold one person's demonstration in a way of using diskettes at a distance of 10 to 30 meters from each other.

1. A person who intends to hold an outdoor assembly on June 14, 2012 shall submit a report stating the purpose, date, time, place, organizer, etc. to the chief of the competent police station 48 hours before commencing the assembly;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without reporting to the chief of the competent police station, jointly with F, H, Defendant’s wife, and D labor union manager I, and jointly with F, H, and D labor union manager I, on June 14, 2012, from around 17:00 to 18:30, a distance of about 10 to 30 meters from the shooting distance in front of the headquarters of Samsung SDR, Samsung-gun, the head office of Samsung C, SDR, the Defendant and I, without reporting to the chief of the competent police station, set a distance of 10-30 meters from each other. The Defendant and I, “Tsung SDR,” “P,” the Defendant and I, “TA,” the Defendant, and H, the “TA,” respectively.
