A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 00:40 on August 17, 2014, the Defendant: (a) driven a D’s Grand Car on the road adjacent to C’s station in Jeju Island; and (b) was operating as KCTV on the side of South Korea’s U.S. outflow; (c) the Defendant received 112 report that the said C’s knife car did not turn the headlight and was suspected of drinking, such as driving a knife with knife with knife with knife with knife with knife with knife with knife with knife with knife with knife and so on; and

이에 F과 G은 피고인에게 피의사실의 요지, 진술거부권, 변호인선임권 등을 고지한 후 공무집행방해 현행범으로 체포한 후 순찰차에 피고인을 태우려고 하자 피고인은 발로 G의 배 부위를 2회 걷어찼다.

2. Around 00:40 on August 17, 2014, the Defendant was making a stop at the police officer’s request after receiving a report of 112 that the Defendant is suspected of driving under the influence of alcohol, such as driving the said car’s knife while driving the knife knife knife knife while driving the knife knife knife with a knife in the state of drinking on the road suitable for the Jeju knife.
