A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant did not have any particular occupation or property with a bad credit holder, but had a card issued under the name of the mother B for the purpose of preparing entertainment expenses such as game expenses.

1. Fraud;

A. On January 9, 2018, the Defendant issued a credit card, by accessing the victim C’s Internet site via a computer, entered the applicant column in the application form for the issuance of the Internet card, entered the Plaintiff’s mobile phone number in the name B used by himself/herself, and had the DNA bank under the name in which he/she had contacted with the above mobile phone number around that time, arrested the employee of the said DNA bank as if he/she was B, and then acquired it by deceiving the victim through the employee through the employee on January 14, 2018.

B. On March 8, 2018, the Defendant applied for a call center loan to F, who is an employee, by calls at the call center of the victim C Co., Ltd. at an irregular site and calls to the call center.

The card information of the subsection was provided as if he was B, and "3 million won card loan was approved" was stated as "the card loan was approved."

However, the Defendant did not have an intention or ability to pay the price normally even if he received a credit card loan from the victim company due to the lack of any other occupation or property in class 9 of credit rating at the time.

Nevertheless, the defendant deceivings the victim company through the above employees and took over KRW 3 million under the name of the G bank account (H) in the name of B used by himself on the same day.

C. On March 5, 2018, the Defendant purchased goods equivalent to KRW 4,500 at the J convenience store located in Gwangju Mine-gu I, and he/she himself/herself to an employee in non-name.

The same shall be applied from the time to July 15, 2018, including the presentation of the name B B as if it had been issued, and the settlement of the price has been made through the fraudulentation, and from the time of the receipt to the time of the payment.
