피고인은 2020. 4. 16. 20:00 경 위 피고인의 주거지에서 위 솜뭉치를 물과 함께 넣고 끓여서 만든 용해액 불상량을 피고인의 엉덩이에 주사하는 방법으로 투약한 것을 비롯하여 그 무렵부터 2020. 5. 9. 경까지 같은 방법으로 별지 범죄 일람표 기재와 같이 총 8회에 걸쳐 아편을 투약하였다.
