Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a C-learning car.

1. At around 16:50 on September 23, 2017, the Defendant driven the said car and proceeded to turn to the left at the right angle of the E pharmacy front of the E pharmacy located D at the time of Seosansan.
