Punishment of the crime

On February 16, 2014, around 08:43, in front of the D Child Care Center located in the Namdong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, the Defendant destroyed by a defect that caused the victim’s car to go on a phone to demand the victim to move parking in order to take up the key of the Defendant who sMM7 car owned by the victim E (the age of 34) parked in that place, but the victim did not receive the phone. However, the Defendant destroyed the victim’s car by flicking the flick and glick to a tool with which the victim’s two sides of the car cannot be known, and the amount of approximately KRW 4,986,789 of the repair cost was not known.
