Punishment of the crime
The crime of Bosing the Bosing Organization, which is the total responsibility of one-person “B,” “C,” and “D,” [Attachment]
1. The Defendant’s status and role name “B”, “C”, and “D” play a role as the “president,” who exercises overall control over the call center management, including: (a) moving an apartment complex to the Chinese mountain Cheongsung City and Cheongsung City; (b) opening the office and a lodging room for the call center; and (c) attracting Korean people recruited as the organization to China, and having them board and lodge in the lodging center and commit the scaming; and (d) holding the general call center management as a general responsibility for telephone financial fraud (hereinafter “Scing”).
