A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The status and role B (one-time “C”) of the Defendant, etc. is the overall responsibility of the organization of telephone financing fraud (hereinafter “ Bosing phishing”). From April 30, 2017, the Defendant, etc. play a role as the president to manage the call center by leasing in sequence D, E, F, G, etc. located in the Philippines, and establishing the call center office and a lodging room for Bosing phishing in order to lease from around April 30, 2017, and allowing Korean nationals recruited as members of the organization to enter the call center and board and lodge in the call center and commit Bosing phishing.
