A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for ten years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 1, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 2.5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Busan District Court’s Busan District Court’s Branch on April 1, 2009, and a fine of KRW 5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Suwon District Court on June 15, 201.

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving a vehicle of a passenger car between C.

On March 5, 2015, the defendant, around 16:25, was driving at a speed unsured from the side of the river to the parallel of the road in front of the Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si D, Seocheon-si at a speed below the speed of speed.
