Punishment of the crime

On June 30, 200, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 6 months by imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Chuncheon District Court on June 30, 200. On November 20, 2008, the Defendant issued a summary order of 1,50,000 won as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Seocho District Court’s Seocho Branch Branch on November 20, 2008. On July 27, 2011, the Defendant issued a summary order of 3 million won by the Seocho District Court’s Seocho Branch on July 27, 201.

On February 22, 2013, the Defendant, who was punished twice or more due to drinking driving, driven a car between C, without obtaining a driving license with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.10% from about 6km section from the front of the restaurant in which it is impossible to know the trade name in the Seocho-si Seocho-si from February 19, 2013 to the front of the Daepo Port Entry Road in the Taepo-si Sin-si.

1.
