Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is an employee who is the head of the sex trafficking business establishment Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and the co-defendant C is the owner of the above business establishment.

At around 16:00 on January 3, 2012, the Defendant, along with Co-Defendant C, arranged the act of similarity by allowing D, an employee of sexual traffic, to enter the sexual organ of a male guest who is not aware of his name, or to see the trace by hand, at the above business establishment around 16:00 on January 3, 2012, and received 70,000 won from the above male grandchild as the price for sexual traffic and received 30,000 won among them as the price for the

Defendant and Co-Defendant C employed D, E, etc. from January 2, 2012 to January 3, 2012, as female employees, and arranged sexual traffic to the male grandchildren whose names cannot be known by the above methods. Co-Defendant C received 70,000 won per capita for the said period from six male grandchildren who have engaged in sexual traffic as compensation for sexual traffic, and paid 180,000 won to the Defendant as compensation for arranging sexual traffic among them.

Accordingly, the defendant conspiredd with Co-Defendant C for the purpose of arranging commercial sex acts.
