A A shall be punished by a fine of 5,000,000 won, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of 50,000 won.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants committed a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint injury) around 06:00 on November 8, 2012, on the ground that Defendant A and the victim F (28 years of age) were in sight of each other in front of the E in Guri-si E, Guri-si, and Defendant A met the victim F’s face by drinking, and Defendant B met the victim F’s body f, who was f. by drinking.

2. 피고인 A의 무고 범행 피고인은 2012. 11. 8. 구리시 D에 있는 E 앞에서 제1항과 같이 피고인의 일행인 B, 성명불상자와 함께 F와 G를 폭행하였고, 이에 신고를 받고 현장에 출동한 경기구리경찰서 H파출소 소속 경사 I와 경장 J에게 F와 G로부터 폭행을 당하였다며 구두로 신고하고, 2012. 11. 10. 구리시 교문동 산 118에 있는 경기구리경찰서 형사과에서 피해자로 조사를 받으면서, 위 경찰서 소속 경찰관인 경위 K에게 “F가 손바닥으로 피고인의 오른쪽 뺨을 때렸고, 발로 피고인의 왼쪽 옆구리를 걷어찼으며, 두 사람에게 주먹으로 얼굴과 전신을 수회 맞고, 발로 차이고 넘어졌을 때에도 여러 차례 밟혔으니 F와 G를 처벌해 달라”는 취지로 진술하고, 2012. 11. 16. 이로 인하여 상해를 입었다고 주장하면서...
