A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On December 26, 2008, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 700,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, and on March 3, 2009, the above court received a summary order of KRW 2 million as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act. On August 11, 2009, the above court received a summary order of KRW 250,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act. On January 22, 2010, the above court received a summary order of KRW 3 million as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act.

On May 28, 2012, at around 21:50, the Defendant driven C Daelim 110 Obaba, owned by the Defendant without a motor device license, under the influence of alcohol 0.243% from around the 177-5 km-dong of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan City to the 177-5 Mool-dong Masan-dong, the Defendant used a cream 110 Obaba, without a motor device license.

2. The Defendant is a person who violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) at least four times.

On June 10, 2012, around 13:10, the Defendant driven a motorcycle with approximately 1k alcohol content of about 0.168% in blood alcohol concentration on the roads near the Han River Park in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Masan-dong, Mapo-gu, 660, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, without obtaining a motorcycle driver's license, in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of 0.168%.

3. The Defendant is a person who violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) at least four times.

On June 10, 2012, around 20:10, the Defendant driven a C C C C C C-T motor bicycle without obtaining a driver’s license with a blood alcohol concentration of about 300 meters from the road near the World Cup stadium 660, Mapo-gu, Seoul, Busan, to the road near the upper cancer 1715, Dong 1715.
