Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is a person who has been engaged in the business of leasing telecom and the business of bonds, and Defendant B is a person living together with Defendant A.
Defendant
A, the husband of the victim D (ma, 39 years of age), lent money to E from about 10 years prior to the beginning of elementary school, and demanded E to repay the principal, etc., and E committed suicide on May 25, 2012.

A filed a lawsuit against the victim, etc. on the claim for loans, etc. to the Busan District Court branch, and argued that E would actually borrow money from the victim, and thus the victim should be repaid.
