Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant C, along with Defendant E, conspiredd to steals bicycles installed in apartment stairs.
At around 00:30 on September 14, 2014, the Defendant discovered a ELM bicycle equivalent to one million won at the market price of the victim G owned by the victim on the 11st and 11th floor of the F apartment in Kimhae-si, Kim Jong-si, 101, and then cut the connected lock device from the side, and the Defendant cut it to the cuter who had the connected lock device, and led it, and stolen it on five occasions as shown in the attached list of crimes.
The Defendant, together with E, stolen another’s property over five occasions.
2. On March 21, 2015, Defendants C, A, and B entered an apartment in Kimhae-si, and conspired to steal the bicycle locking device by removing the bicycle locking device from the cutting machine possessed by Defendant C. A.

B. Defendant C, as described in the above paragraph (a), was waiting in K in Kim Sea with a bicycle that stolen as described in the above paragraph (2) and was cut off by Defendant B and Defendant C. The Defendant C was cut off from Defendant C.
