1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 24,50,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from January 6, 2017 to the date of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Evidence 【Evidence” 1, A2, A3-1, 2, A4-1, 2, A5-1, 2, A6, A7, A7, A8, A9, A10, A10, and B-2, and the purport of the whole pleadings
A. The Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd is a stock company with the purpose of freight forwarding, good offices, and transport services, and D is a stock company with the special type of sales.
E is substantially operating the LABC and the LABD.
B. The defendant F Ticker vehicle 1) G is the F Ricker vehicle in the F Ricker Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "F vehicle in this case"), and the F vehicle in this case
2) On May 15, 2007, G sold the instant F vehicle to the Defendant, and the Defendant agreed to accept the installment payment obligation of the instant F vehicle.
3) On July 30, 2007, the Defendant purchased the instant FF vehicle, and entered it into the Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd. (4) The Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd. has the outstanding amount of KRW 1,100,216 with respect to the instant F vehicle.

In the event that the Defendant sells the instant H vehicle to a limited partnership company, it was KRW 23,700,432 at the time of selling the instant H vehicle to the new partnership company, and KRW 23,700,432. 2) The Plaintiff and the Plaintiff around September 2008 at the instant F and H vehicle accounts at KRW 23,70,000,000.
