1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months;

2.Provided, That the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 8, 2017, the Defendant violated the Railroad Safety Act against B of the train operation team leader: (a) around 21:00, the train development train No. 1566 of the No. 1496, which was parked in the hot spring station of the 1496 hot spring in Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do; (b) “the passengers want to get on the way of development, which is the place where access is prohibited,” was demanded to move from B of the Korean Railroad Operation Team B (47 years old) affiliated with the Korean Railroad Construction Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “the governance embling fe.,” and said, “the victim’s body was sealed, walked one time with the body of the victim, walking one time with the development engine, and assaulting the victim’s right arms into both arms.”

As a result, the Defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties, such as the maintenance of safety order in the passenger information train in the above B as a person who is engaged in a railroad by assault.

2. On the same day, the Defendant: (a) at F Station around 21:10 on the same day, received a request from the head of the service team to dispatch the case from D (42) who is a railroad police officer dispatched to the said site; (b) the Defendant d, E (44), a police officer of the said D, carried the body of D in hand, carried the body of D in hand, carried the same police officer, pushed the E (44) who is a police officer assigned to the said site in his body, caused the Defendant to face the Defendant’s left hand in the nearby columns.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with legitimate performance of duties by railroad police officers D and E on the maintenance of order within the history of the same E, which is a railroad employee, and at the same time inflicted injury on the damaged person E, such as an open room for approximately two weeks of medical treatment.
