1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 4,000,000 won;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives Category B vehicles.

On May 23, 2016, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol at around 23:23, the blood alcohol concentration of 0.164%. On May 23, 2016, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at approximately 150 meters on the street in front of a public parking lot in Busan Shipping Daegu, to the fourth floor of the same public parking lot.
