On September 11, 2012, under the influence of alcohol by 0.182%, the cargo vehicle was driven from the street room in front of the commercial unclaimed restaurant located in the Busan Shipping Daegu-do return dong to Busan-gun, Busan-gun, to the comic book opening of the cartoon book opening in the Busan-gun, Busan-gun, and the above cargo vehicle was driven from around 3 kilometers in front of the entrance of the cartoon book opening in the Busan-gun, Busan-gun.
