However, the Plaintiff’s statutory interest rate under the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings was changed from June 1, 2019 to 12% per annum from June 1, 2019 pursuant to the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the former Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 29768, Jun. 1, 2019; Presidential Decree No. 23585, Apr. 11, 2019 to May 31, 2019; Presidential Decree No. 24175, Jun. 26, 2019).
