The Plaintiff seeking payment of damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from May 23, 2019, after the date of delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case with respect to KRW 35,00,000,00. However, the statutory interest rate under the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings was changed to 12% per annum from June 1, 2019 to June 1, 2019, with respect to KRW 35,00,000 as above, the Plaintiff’s legal interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from May 23, 2019 to May 31, 2019 (amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, Jun. 1, 2019) under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the former Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by Presidential Decree No. 25196, May 21, 2019).
