Punishment of the crime

On June 4, 1985, the defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment for special larceny at the Busan District Court; on August 22, 1985, the defendant was sentenced to 6 months of imprisonment for the same crime; on October 15, 1987, the same court was sentenced to 1 year and 6 months of imprisonment for special larceny; on December 29, 1989, the court was sentenced to 1 year and 6 months of imprisonment for special larceny; on July 31, 2001, the Seoul District Court was sentenced to 1 year and 6 years of imprisonment for the same crime; on February 13, 2004, the defendant was sentenced to 2 years of imprisonment for the same crime at the Busan District Court; on May 15, 2007, sentenced to 3 years of imprisonment for the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) at the Busan District Court.

1. On September 21, 2012, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. (thief) around September 21, 2012, around 22:40 on September 21, 2012, at “E” stores operated by the victim D on the first floor of the building Nam-gu, Southern-gu, Seoul, by inserting hand from the display stand in a ceiling, thereby cutting up three bags with a total of KRW 2.124,00,00 in the market price of the victim’s possession, and nine wallets that cut off property owned by the victim.
