On May 7, 2007, A was sentenced to 6 months of the suspended sentence for special larceny at the Busan District Court, 6 months of imprisonment for attempted larceny at the Busan District Court on November 19, 2007, 10 months of imprisonment for special larceny at the Busan District Court on July 20, 2009, 10 months of imprisonment for special larceny at the Busan District Court on July 20, 2009, and 1 year and 6 months of imprisonment for violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Busan District Court on July 20, 201.

B On April 16, 2007, 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny at the Busan District Court, 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Busan District Court on October 28, 2008, 10 months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny at the Busan District Court on July 20, 2009, and 1 year and 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Busan District Court on July 20, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence on December 4, 201.
1. The sole crime committed by Defendant A;
A. A. From January 16, 2012, the Defendant discovered a victim’s car from which the name was unknown at a street parking lot located in Busan Metropolitan City’s B, the Defendant: (a) opened an unlocked steering door door; and (b) opened a car and cut it into a digital camera, making it impossible to identify the victim’s market price; and (c) opened a digital camera, and then cut it. (d) On June 6, 2012, the Defendant discovered a victim’s G MT car which was parked in the apartment parking lot in Busan Metropolitan City’s YEM, around 06:00, the Defendant used a 12,000 U.S. model at the victim’s market price owned by the Defendant, which was kept in front of the steering. (b) On June 2012, the Defendant: (a) discovered a victim’s G MT car at the victim’s GM car parking lot in Busan Metropolitan City; and (b) opened a 12,000 won U.S. model.
3. On July 00, 2012, around 00:0, the Defendant discovered a victim I J-si and opened an unlocked chief door to the si and entered the si to the si, which was parked at the H parking lot in Busan, Busan, and at least KRW 40,000,000.
