A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for seven months.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On April 20, 201, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Seoul Eastern District Court on April 20, 201, and the judgment became final and conclusive on August 17, 201, when the judgment became final and conclusive on August 17, 201, and the execution of the sentence was terminated on December 18, 201, and on December 18, 2014, the Seoul Central District Court sentenced one year and two months of imprisonment with prison labor and additional collection of 1.4 million won on May 18, 2015.

On April 2014, the Defendant received from E a false certificate of employment from E that the Defendant works for (State)G, and the Defendant drafted a false lease agreement with F to the effect that the Defendant leases the above apartment house as a whole from C, D and F Seoul H building 401, which is owned by C, D, and F, to F, and the Defendant submitted a false certificate of employment and a lease agreement (former lease agreement) with the Defendant, upon applying for a loan of KRW 88 million to the person in charge of the loan of the employee loan of KRW 88,00,000,000 to the person in charge of the loan of the branch in Pyeongtaek New Airport.

C was transferred from the victim bank to the F’s account in the name of F on April 21, 2014 as a loan for full-time employee loan.

Accordingly, the defendant was delivered property by deceiving the victim in collusion with C, D, and E.

The defendant of "2017 Highest 2551" is the member of the Seodaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Local Reserve Forces.
