A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for nine months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Night-time theft of buildings;

A. On July 22, 2014, around 04:00 on July 22, 2014, the Defendant: (a) went into the “Emart” operated by the victim D in Ansan-si C; (b) and (c) intruded into the door through a cresh installed by using the cresh without any person; and (d) stolen KRW 220,000 of the cash owned by the victim, which was kept in a simplified safe, to bring about a theft.

B. On July 31, 2014, the Defendant committed the crime at around 02:40 on July 31, 2014, at around 02:40, at the same place as the entry in paragraph (1) of Article 1, and went into a string through a cresh without any human being, and subsequently, stolen the victim’s DNA cash 2.60,000 won.

C. Around August 4, 2014, the Defendant committed the crime at around 03:31, 201 on August 4, 2014, and came to “H Mart” operated by the victim G in Ansan-si, F, by means of a cresh without any human being, and then intrudes into the part of “H Mart,” which was not carried out by the victim, and then cut down the Defendant’s cash of KRW 2.90,000 and KRW 54,000,000 in the market value.

On August 30, 2014, the Defendant committed the crime at around 05:00, around August 30, 2014, at around 05:00, 2014, came to “KE” operated by the Victim J in Daegu Suwon-gu, Daegu-gu, and caused the Defendant to steal the Switzerland lease pipe (the length of 20cm) between entrances, opened a door by force, and intrude into the door, resulting in the Defendant’s cash 2.40,000 won owned by the victim in a simplified storage room.

2. From August 15, 2014, around 07:10 on August 15, 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed theft and intrusion on a “NE” operated by the victim M&D L in Ulsan-gu L, Ulsan-gu; (b) opened automatic entrance by force using a cresh without any person; and (c) invaded into a knife, and then 3.5 million won in cash owned by the victim in a knife simplified safe.
