A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A person who is engaged in driving a rocketing cargo vehicle in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes and the Road Traffic Act;

At around 23:30 on June 21, 2015, the Defendant driven the said cargo from the front road of the Home Pluter’s “The Home Pluler’s Sticking Point” located in the original city, leading from the direction of the viewing distance to the prime viewing.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so, and neglected to do so, led to the following crimes of the rocketing cargo vehicle, and shocked the front and the part of the Hashed-picked vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant by occupational negligence inflicted injury on the victim, such as salt, tensions, etc. of the refrat, which requires treatment for about two weeks, and at the same time, destroyed the said A-Wurd-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wurg-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wed

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (Refusal of Drinking Measures): (a) the Defendant was driving a cargo vehicle under the influence of alcohol at the foregoing time, at the same time, at the same place as above; (b) went away from the scene of a traffic accident; and (c) went back five minutes after and go back to the E District of the original Police Station E District dispatched to the site; and (d) there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Defendant was driving under the influence of alcohol, such as drinking, smelling on the face and snicking, etc., at intervals of ten minutes from around 23:5 on June 21, 2015 to about 0:26 on the following day.
