Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a captain of Sacheon-do, a type low-speed net C (59 tons, diesel 348 E, steel lines, D, and Gyeongnam-west Sea-gu, both-boats, and a captain of E-line (CF).

Pursuant to Article 41 (1) of the Fisheries Act, a person who intends to run an inshore fishery business shall obtain permission from the Minister of Oceans and Fisheries for each fishing vessel or fishing gear, and a two-boat low-scale fishery network in the west Sea-gu, the type of inshore fishery business under Article 24 of the Enforcement Decree of the Fisheries Act is “a fishery capturing marine animals (excluding the destruction thereof) using a low-priced net in the area of the operation of a medium-sized low-scale fishery business with two-boats fishing vessels.”
