Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months and by imprisonment for eight months.

However, this decision is delivered to the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

(a) No person who violates the Medical Service Act may establish a massage place;

Notwithstanding that the Defendant is not a massage, the Defendant is from January 1, 2018, to the first patrol officer.

8. From the Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon to the early police officer, six rooms, one office, and one waiting room are installed, and the marina branch office employs E (F) and G (H) with the trade name of "D", and then, the head of the relevant marina office was 60,000 won to receive 80,000 won from the nameless customers who found the place and received 60,000 won from the nameless customers, and the head of the relevant marina office was able to take the place in the manner of taking the general part, such as the shoulder of the customer by hand, and opened the massage office.

(b) No person violating the Immigration Control Act shall employ any person having no status of sojourn eligible for employment activities;

1) Around January 2018, the Defendant employed a foreigner E who entered the Republic of Korea as a tourist visa who is able to stay from “D” to December 10, 2017, and (2) the Defendant employed a foreigner G who entered the Republic of Korea as a marina branch around July 2018 from “D” to July 20, 2018.

Accordingly, the defendant employed a person who does not have the status of sojourn eligible for job-seeking activities.

2. Defendant B

A. Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a massage, in violation of the Medical Service Act and the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, etc. Act (i.e., arranging sexual traffic), the Defendant established six rooms, one office, and one waiting room in the name of “D” on the Seo-gu and the second floor of Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, and employed E (F), G (F), I, and J as a marina branch office, and received KRW 100,000 won from K who found the place around August 31, 2018, and had the said E engage in an act of similarity by having him/her take charge of the telegraph, such as the shoulder of the said K, and continuously, by having him/her conduct an act of similarity in a way that enables him/her to assess the sexual organ of K with his/her hand.
